Nakate Yup no idea where this market is headed any more. I lowered my gtc limit buy order from $2 to $1.07 and doubled the qty.

I think 1.40 is the absolute bottom the market would allow, at that point cash on hand would equal market vlaue. It's already trading below value of cash on hand + recievable accounts. I have laddered down to 1.75 as far as where I think the bottom will end up being, I think I will definitely get my $2 filled over the next few trading sessions. Salivating at the thought of buying these guys ...more

Yes, it's a fascinating turn of world events, isn't it? Fragility has always been at the core of society. Proof positive is on display now and really, this isn't even a virus that kills most of those infected. Interesting that the 16th century plague actually burned out because it had a nasty habit of killing its host so it was difficult to proliferate after a certain period of time ...more

I think wea re far past the point of the broader market fallout being due to the virus, at this point I think virus was just a catalyst and the broader market panic is fallout from: -trillions on nagative yielding bonds on Euro markets -eurodollar banking system has been absuing zero reserve requirements for borrowing between state banks for years -corporate bonds yielding 7-8% in a 0 ...more

Clearly, the market is pricing all of the heavy oil/oil sands companies for bankruptcy but if LKS wants to save what's left of the share price then as a major equity owner he can inject fresh cash into the comapny at any time. If he is as flush as his fans suggest then it shouldn't be a problem? I also hope that HSE is busy behind the scenes rescheduling the debt for somewhere around the ...more

No material foreign money coming to Canada except industrial scale money laundering....LKS can buy properties in tier 1 markets for 50% discount now...and energy players close to the future, Asia.

You do realize that dividend will be suspended. If they don't I would be extremely concerned because they need to save cash because this could last for a year especially once OPEC pumps more oil starting in April. $1.4 in cash and all of their refineries are worth $7 alone that doesn't even include their oilsands and thermal business or their Asian or offshore assets. I expect the board to wait and see if it is nesscessary to suspend the divi. No rash decisions just smart ones that enhance company value. that is what we pay them for
