"same" as the "A, C, E or G".

What's the difference for the B? How the rate is determined or something else?

"B" is a different.   Each of the shares "A, C, E, G" have the option of converting into a new type of preferreds "B, D, F, H"   (A into B, C into D.....). Rates are determined differently and I think they reset every 90 days (I'm not 100% sure)....  But as you can see, there are no "D, F, H" shares..... and I don't think there will ...more

But the "B" are taking off like a rocket..... so who knows...

The "B" were converted from the "A".    I think they reset every 90 days???  Floating portion based on 90 Day "T" i think? If so, then the "B" will reset at much lower rate in coming months I think.   I could be wrong seeing how the "B" are trading.
