Preferred's should be valued at $25.00

The preferreed's should be valued at $25.00. Cenovus ownership should not make a difference on the preferred's, but the commons could plumment to near penny stock.

What crakerjack online school did you go too!??   No, the preferreds likely do nothing and sholud they pop becuase of this news, then you have yoru selling opportunity!!   Two weaklings do not make a strong company overnight.   Common shares, if they were to go to zero, would take the preferred shares when them....so, go back to school.....

A disciplined improvement to the balance sheet, a return to investment grade status and a debt to ebitda getting towards 2.0 will really improve the outlook for the preferred. Alex Pourbaix has a better track record than his peer at HSE. Preferred series A have traded fairly recently below 5 dollars! Double digit yields will not last with an improving outlook.  They won't see 25 bucks ...more
