The warrants, will they be issued on the commons only????

Preferreds only entitled to what the Terms say..... Like the $25 redemption.    Preferreds don't get to participate in anything else.   No special Dividends, Dividends limited only to terms, no Cenovus common shares....... No Warrents.... etc. Preferreds need to hang on to every rights and privileges they are given in the Terms.... because they are so limited already.

but then again....company seems to want Preferreds to "Vote" on some change.... nobody knows what exactly that change is as they did not say that the Terms would be the "SAME".
