Warrants
The transaction between HSE and CVE will give HSE stock holders .0651 warrant per share allowing for the purchase of CVE stock at a 6.54 strike price for 5 years. This part of the deal has been undervalued imo considering that CVE will be trading north of $10 in the relatively near future. The warrants could indeed become quite valuable for LKS and large institutional holders.

Almost a complete noob here and yeah I'm talking about myself lol. What do you think will happen with the other prefered shares as they aren't all equal? I have only the basic common share.
