Preferreds Entitled to MORE than $25/share ??!!! If Dissent?

What's the  PRESENT VALUE  of  ALL FUTURE DIVIDENDS  of a Preferred if they choose to be Cashed out and not convert to Cenovus Shares??   Terms of Preferreds entitle a minimum of $25 but it seems the company is opening a door to MORE!!!!  

Trading Price of the Preferreds reflect the fact that dividends will be paid forever into the future.  If Dissent/redeemed what's the value of All Future Dividends??    The "C" dividend is ~$1.17/yr. while at rock bottom rates.     What's the Present Value of Forever Dividends of this?

Any Math experts?

This may be much more than $25!!!   

IMHO, Terms of Preferreds don't allow all this nonsense the company is trying to do to the Preferreds, but in doing so, maybe they are opening a door to Preferreds getting much more than the minimum of $25/share!

Just all my opinion, crazy thinking.

~$58.50/share Present Value of $1.17 Dividends for 10,000 years at 2%.  10,000 years not forever but online calculator can't handle forever.    Don't know if this number is correct, I'm just punching numbers into online calculator.   At 100 years it $50.43/share.... Just playing around to see what the Preferreds "Worth"....if opening the door for
