Notice how the "Fair Value" of the Common Shares can
be determined for the purpose of the transaction, Yet company hasn't told the Preferreds the "Fair Value" for their shares to allow/help them to decide what to do.
IMHO, not treating the Preferreds very well at all. Company should expect the same from the Preferreds.
All just my opinion.
