15th the vote, 16th Court Date for Approval...
Any other key dates?
I know chances are probably nil on the 16th that the court will say Preferreds entitled to $25 and that needs to be satified for any Preferreds that wishes for $25 before transaction can proceed.....here's hoping for the easy route to the $25..... otherwise, hoping for shares to remain Husky Preferreds and the fight continues.... meanwhile collecting juicy dividends until Cenovus comes to the table so they can get rid of the Subsidiary.
All just my opinion.
