Fed Chairman Powell going to punish stocks

Been watching HTA for most of a year wondering where price bottom is located.

Is September Powell announcement going to push this gem lower?

Rates are definitely going up for the next few FED meetings. Real estate and tech are losers during a rising rate environment. Tech has already taken a big hit but I would like to see HTA lose all it's covid gains, which is almost there now. Housing will be a slower melt.
