It looks like Hvu is held back? Grrr should have been over $20 by now...

Noticed that too. VIX isn't responding to S&P drop (only up 2.8%). HVU is tracking accurately. Maybe sign of a final S&P blast upward? Considering stepping to the sidelines just in case.
