Why no 2X ??
Isn't this supposed to move 2X the average ? And can someone tell more on how works? I notice we had 17 million shares and now we have 4.5 million ,are they going to issue more shares for horizon or are things changing this time when consolidation takes place,info or input please.

Is there a strike price for the vix to hit for this to move, if the vix hits 25 or more where will this be?

Trust me pal.....if you have to ask questions like those....you would be better off hunkering down with some good ol research and figure it out. If you can handle the truth......Save yourself alot of money & grief....go do what you've been doing and don't quit your day job.
