Halting this.... is totally unfair from their part !!!!!!!! I was watching the US vix drop this morning. With a 5 mins auto refresh vix chart at Stockcharts I wanted to buy back way lower but the cheated me by halting it. How disgraceful of them grrrr....

Horizons is garbage. Trade US. XIV will liquidate, but SVXY to continue as normal, but the price for some reason is abnormally low.

i always had doubts about Horizon's black box etf prospectus' as I posted before. they don't need to actually invest your money in VIX. They only need the fund to relfect the price. They halted it for no good reason so they could F'n avoid paying those who want to sell earlier in the morning when it was high and waited for it to drop. All they had to do was make up a BS excuse to

Well said Rob Ford, that's why I got out of Horizon's years ago and went strictly into Lithium hard Assets and grow with the asset over time.  The ETF card's are always stacked against the investors so the financial firms never have to come good. Back to the old days of hard assets in the ground and money out of these fictitious trading instruments which really are no better than
