If May meeting successful expect Tvix and Uvxy to tumble 15 to 20%. I can short either or go market long safer trade. Creates opportunity if market runs up it will occur just before Fed meeting at Jackson Hole. That and good economic data may well bring the next rate hike. 

We we need to watch the odds and market sentiment on interest rate change. I want rate up, VIX ETF down. This reduces risk as we test low entry or await an incident or economic pressure following interest rate hike.

I will share this thought. Prior 6 month low Tvix was $4.65, just before Feb run to a whopping $20.27. First, I look at current $6.80 - prior low 4.65 = $2.15. Note I use 15% off $6.80 so $1.14 decrease brings Tvix to $5.66.

This is well above year low but tangible to expect a 60% to 100% gain on a VIX trade likely to happen where higher interest rates bites into consumer spending, mortgage qualification, real estate speculation. The effect is global and this bites in to high P/E on stocks.

Possible Senario, so just my thought to a good, safer VIX trade. GLTA Cheers Manxcan

and meanwhile on hvu, we get down slowly.It doesn't follow the real price. Big hands pressing down. Even on vix. insane how it goes !!!

Never trade a sn etf that will no longer exist on the exchange. Remove HVU from your watchlist, there is no good exit. Manx

yes manxcan, once they announced the termination of this etf, it was game over...little money to be made...but wish all here the best of luck..........
