The big question seems to be when/if the HWO PNG business will come back.
The recent changes in government policy toward the resource sector IMO have added greater risk.

Thanks... well written article. It gives some good insight into the complications. Interestingly it is those same complications that probably position HWO as and experienced, connected and reliable incumbent in PNG and as things settle out again their future there is arguably quite bright.
