NCIB

Sincerly hope company is taking advantage of days like this and getting a full pull. If this is a size seller I would hope they'd get in touch for a block. Can't think of a better use of capital right now with 1/3 BV

According to SEDI, to date the company hasn't purchased anything. As for the NCIB reporting requirements: Reporting Purchases to Exchange:Within 10 days after the end of each month in which purchases are made, the company must report to the exchange the number of securities purchased in the preceding month, providing the dates of the purchases, the average price paid and stating whether the ...more

By to date you mean this year? They were active late last year, buying back 1,137,100 common shares at a weighted average price of $0.72, moving the share price nicely up.

I too hope they maximize this year's NCIB but I'm not holding my breadth. If, instead, saving the cash on hand expedites the reinstatement of the divvy, then I'm okay w ...more

Also thinking if things ramp up significantly in PNG, they may wish to preserve capital to deploy there. I would like to see some buybacks at current prices however.

They could buy back 5% of float with less than 10% of cash on hand at these prices. Seems like an absolute no brainer

FYI I don't think it would even come to that. IMHO a steady, daily NCIB would push things up to 2$. I don't think there is enough sellers under 2 to let them fill 5% of float. I don't have access to in depth order sheet but I suspect any size buyer would push this thing up substantially if they were looking to get in now. Which is maybe a reason why they aren't. Company putting a ...more
