Dividend increase?

what do you all think the potential for an increase in the dividend is? From what I see it used to be higher pre-covid and now business seems to be booming even better then it was back then so I'm hoping it is only a matter of time before they increase it

in the last conference call, the ceo mentioned that the expect to deploy one rig at the end of this year, another at the beginning of 2023 and posiblly 1 or 2 by the end of next year. If that happens, that would mean HWO will operate at full capacity by end of 2023. Last time they were operating at full capacity in PNG the sp was at $4 and they were paying $0.0165/share in dividends.......unless
