Where is it? Missing in action. Come on management! Step it up and show some confidence in your own stock.

Executives & the Board have no belief in the future of this Company. It's as simple as that. Look at their track record, compare them to other energy service companies. Those in charge have long destroyed Shareholder capital. No interest in this company, look at the stock price steadily head lower.

If they aren't willing to invest in their own company through the NCIB it really makes one wonder. Why apply for an NCIB at all if you won't use it? Come on management. Give us a sign.

I could argue that using a NCIB is not a sign of management investing in their own company ; not like using their personal cash. The difficult to hear answer is they must/may have a potential project that has a higher rate of return for the cash? There will be no sign until they make a decision. Frustration city! Enjoy the dividend .

Book value is $115M, while current market cap is $60.9M... there is NOOO project that is anywhere near as accretive to existing shareholders than buying back their own stock. Simply buying back stock up to book value would be a 89% return on capital... far better than any return this management team could drive. They have the cash to execute on NCIB, yet they haven't bought anything since ...more

Stonks, I don't think that there's going to be any investigation as you put it. There's nothing wrong w/ being conservative although they've managed to PO many shareholders in the process. I think you're mistaking Corporate Governance with incompetence :). Management is enjoying their sinecures; in fact, they've been FTDing it for several years now - it kind of reminds me ...more
