Hi folks,

I have notified the Alberta Securities Regulator regarding the HWO proposal and potential for minority shareholder oppression.

No idea as to what steps the ASR will take but I have at least let my concerns be known.

There is significant value here and it is worth protecting our interest in the event a fair process is undertaken.

I did the same. The issue is that many shareholders will forgo the private shares even if they dramatically underprice the PNG business. The reorganization plan oppoturnistically benefits those comfortable having their capital locked up in private shares. An exception would be if the price for those shares properly takes into account High Arctic International's historical EBITDA generation and ...more
