VN Capital

I wonder if anyone at High Arctic responded to the VN Capital letter raising concerns. I don't see any evidence of value unlocking here. $1.32 on the bid? Come on now. How about a company update?

My guess is they if they provide a response, it won't be until the details of the rights offering price and other information is released. Time is ticking!

They might be trying to figure out what to do about all the pushback they have gotten regarding their seemingly absurd "value unlocking" proposal, which does the exact opposite of what it is supposed to do.

If they genuinely did not forsee the general confusion and pushback from investors by providing scant details on their plan, and are scrambling to figure out what to do, then that is a serious concern in itself of management's competency. It should have been obvious that such a plan would be met with skepticism, and management should be pro-active in communicating with shareholders. In any ...more
