Q3 results pushed to next Tuesday

Interesting that they pushed quarter results release to next Tuesday. Their reasoning provided is a bit weak to be honest. Are they working on something that isn't ready yet, but will be next week?

I don't think they gave any reasoning did they? I think someone reminded them today that they'd committed to release the Financials and they realized they still can't get the Balance Sheet to... 'balance'

Clown show? Pleased not to own at this time. I'm surprised by the delay , could they have some sort of material deficiency?  Don't want to think it after the recent restatements........ mention of external review , by whom? The mystery contnues.

It really is such a clown show! For clarification purposes, the quarterly statements are reviewed by the external accountants on a quarterly basis and audited on an annual basis. I think that their comment is that because of the restatement work they are behind in the completion of the Q3 work. Take from this what you will. It's time Management and the Board get their act together. If I was

Let's not forget it was just *two weeks* ago they set the quarterly release date. Completely laughable that they couldn't make it. It's time for Maguire and Binnion to go - they've lost all credibility.

Agree with you there - easy to become frustrated and give shares away based on emotion. Have to see the details and actually hear from management next week to get a more accurate picture of what is going on.

Everyone in the stock market these days wants to deal with beautiful companies (FAANG etc.). Value investors often deal in nightmares that have resulted in something being on sale. For HWO, that nightmare was initially the business performance and lack of a positive view of the future. The future is still uncertain but looks a little bit brighter; however, the Governance is now a cause for

And 2 days ago when they announced re-stated prior documents they could have announced the delay in Q3 financials at that time. It is far worse to announce the delay on the day the financials were expected. Come on management! You can do better.
