Speculation

As many investors have noted here, the current valuation being applied to the stock simply doesn't make any sense. The Working Capital is $1.30/share and we trade at a 19% discount to simple WC. The cash per share is $0.96/share, so here at $1.05 you're paying $0.09/share for the remainder of the W/C, all fixed assets, Snubbing equity & Note and all future business opportunities.

In my experience, often when there is a takeover offer they company quotes the takeover price as "xx % higher than the 30 day VWAP". In my opinion someone is trying to keep a cap on the stock price here and my tingly senses tell me a strategic offer could be around the corner?

Pure speculation, but my thoughts heading into the weekend. Have a good weekend, GLTA

As a continuing thought, I wonder if that explains all the restatement and refilings and the pushing back of Q3 reporting. Perhaps someone is poking around and requesting more information. What obligation would they have to disclose publicly? Only if a "firm" offer was made?

I suppose however, there are few taking advantage of thin asks available daily, likely wary that any meager attempt to for instance buy the 1000 shares available from 1.08 to 1.17 will immediately be followed up with a larger ask below the @1.08 starting point. Someone sees value in selling more shares cheaply than the current shareholders are willing to take advantage of.
