Date for quarterly results and impending plans?

Are we expecting quarterly results in the next week or two? Usually they put out an announcement scheduling it.

I assume that more details for the RoC has to be forthcoming at that point, because the July deadline is upcoming.

Market continues to give no value to anything except for cash + a portion of the Team snubbing investment. No PNG, no Canadian rentals, no tax credits, etc. Patience is needed but I have been adding here again recently!

Results last week of March with an update on reorganization and capital return.  No surprises expected so these are in my expectation the last 10 trading days to get in cheap.  Happy hunting, R.

Stock is trading at a valuation of $5.7M ex-cash and I believe they were guiding for Q4 results to be similar to Q3 - they did $3.2M of AEBITDA in Q3... make that make sense.

What has made sense has been my consistent purchasing of this undervalued company. It just doesn't seem that way. It will.

This or next quarter's earning are irrelavant. High Arctic's low valuation over the last 3 years is due to the bleak forward looking outlook.  1. PNG - After mid-year, all the rigs go back to being cold stacked. Papua LNG FID is also uncertain to this point at the risk of getting shelved. Even if it gets approved, the company indicated that their rigs might not be needed. Who knows

I would guess he is looking to buy more. The opportunity against risk is rare and the Chairman has a large personal stake.

Not selling but cannot be more optimistic about this stock given management track record of value destruction. A question - is there a deadline by which a company's Q4 results need to be announced at the TSX ?

The company can't be bothered to announce the release date. Where is the simple courtesy? No wonder there was a push for a Board change!

Avalon, appreciate your perspective on things. Certainly, one has to weigh all the risks versus rewards. I still think there is value here, without too much downside risk.
