They will report after market close on a long holiday weekend so they don't have to answer questions on a crappy performance.

They will have a very good quarter. Rig operating in PNG + Canadian rentals. The big big big question is the forward looking stuff. This is a company with a market cap of 52mil and cash of 46 mil and zero debt. I have a feeling they will announce the re-org with some shitty PNG valuation and a partial ROC of about 30 cents.

It would be a positive surprise if they had the courtesy to advise shareholders of the release date. Too much to ask from this group? Has to be today or tomorrow.

Even with a pre-announced date of release, they don't seem to be able to consistently adhere to those either in recent memory!

I believe insiders would be slapped with a cease trading order. I tried IR for a comment last week but no reply.

I emailed IR two weeks ago asking when they anticipated releasing results. I am still waiting for a response to my email... I have been watching Sedar over the past week and have noted a few companies announcing delays on their annual filings. Behind the scenes, I suspect that things are progressing positively with the macro level themes in PNG. This includes comments from Exxon, the PNG

One thing we have learned with this management is that they don't appear to be particularly punctual about things. If they are going to make a RoC in the 30-50 cents region, that would give them what about $25 million in cash still? I would like them to provide some commentary on the use of this, particularly what their vision is for Canadian operations if they keep substantial capital for it
