$38 million roc

$10 million for each entity to run with

PNG will be taken out shortly after spin out I suspect

Probably see lots of profit takers over next few days then gradually run up from there.

Proceeding as planned.  Initial sell off of the disinterested parties.  Gradual run up in share price.  By the time we get to the return of capital there will be $1.16 of cash in the till.  Give us $0.50 for Canadian operations knock down drag them out minimal value leaves share price at $1.66 With the tax losses on the books this will must likely get scooped up by someone ...more

Absolutely - and whether or not PNG gets taken out, the spinoff will force the market to put *some* valuation on the PNG company, which at the moment is valued at 0. And we get this while returning about 60% of our capital back to us in three months. I'll sit tight and be patient for this to play out.

With the recently proposed changes to the tax rate for Capital Gains at the Canadian Federal Tax level, what are your thoughts on the influence of management/insiders? Personally, I think they will maximize the Return of Capital (they've guided from $0.65/share to $0.76/share).

I think that there will be some pressure on them to maximize the return of the capital more so because of the situation of HWO and less to do with the useless Federal Government who are ruining our country. LR
