Just skimmed through it. First thoughts -

1. Getting full 0.76 cents ROC
2. The only thing repeatedly mentioned was M&A both for the businesses.
3. There is no business growth plan presented as such. It seems like they plan to sell both the businesses pretty soon.

I was hoping for more specifics around the opportunities beyond Papua LNG in PNG and how the business might evolve in Canada. 

At today's valuation, post ROC market is valuing both businesses at $28 mil.

The re-org confirmation itseld did not generate any value.

Merge or acquire? I'm not sure why you think the companies will be sold, especially soon? In the first highlighted section , they mention relocation to a market that better understands....... implying to me an expanded services company in PNG In the second section . "accretive" , I always thought implies buying somebody , not being bought. Of course , they may not find companies

I wasn't expecting too much detail regarding the future business plans of the separated entities as it would be premature for them to provide too many details as it will be the job of each Management team (not interim) to develop the business plan once the team has been brought together. The sum of the parts valuation is still crazy. The market is still not willing to pay a premium until it

Appreciate all the comments - but one thing which has been mentioned which I don't see is the confirmation of the exact amount of the RoC. Perhaps I have just missed the relevant paragraphs, but all I see is "up to" $0.76/share. I still anticipate close to, if not, the full amount, but just wanted to clarify what information exactly has been put out there at this moment.

I didn't see anything in the circular that confirmed the full $0.76/share. I thought I saw it stated that $0.76/share would be the max & it would be at the discretion of the Board (once approved). I also think it'll be near the max (if not the max), but I haven't seen that confirmed in anything.
