Looks like he's holding 220,000 or 1.8% of the total shares outstanding. Personally I thought he was holding more.

Interesting that he decided to buy more of HWO than HOH given the current valuation of the former below cash value.

The dollar amount of the purchase is virtually the same - the share amount is more for HWO because the share price is significantly lower. Steve
