Great results from a great company

The medium to long term horizon looks very promising. Everything looks great except for the recent manipulation on the stock. Eventually, it will wear off and the stock will run.

About stock manipulation : I don't know.  What I know, however, is that traders are buying and selling according to the price of oil and not according to company value or projected performance.  Today is a perfect example (up until now; things may very well change this afternoon...) : traders are buying.  This is exactly the same company as yesterday, which traders were selling. ...more

By stock manipulation, I'm suggesting compounded or momentum trading that exaggerates the fear. Hedge funds love to use this strategy to weaken markets and share prices to eventually grab cheap stock in good companies they want to own. I also lean toward the gasoline numbers being crooked, although for a less nerfrious reason. Not that I have any expertise, but I've noticed that most organizations, from the smallest coffee shops to the largest government agencies, have lost a lot of their competence duing the shutdowns or the last few years. I the case of the EIA, my guess is they've simply fogotten how to count barrels. ...more
