Don't know what to make of all the trading by insiders arond the middle of November.Looks like a lot of selling to me.

Believe it's called exercise of warrants and options and selling of some shares to pay for taxes resulting from associated capital gains. No drama.

Could be due to the fact that 25% of their exploration acreage has been proven to be dusters! I think that Headwater will be doing an M&A very soon.  Kherson

That is not a fair comment Shadow had a 10 to 15% chance of working .A big piece of land in the middle of nowhere.The price they paid for it reflected the high risk meaning cheap.All of our other  prospects Utikima ,seal and peavine were  exspensive with lots of bidders going against us to get it.So 7 sections of land at Utikimi vs 61 at shawdow doesnt sound like a lot but tve to the

I agree we will be looking for MA.We were second on delta lets see what is next.Woodcote has a lot of land and about 4000 bpd .

Benny, your beef is not with me! Eric Nuttall made the comment on his last segment of BNN's Market Call. It also just so happens that he has a large position in Headwater, in fact, he maybe the largest shareholder? You might want to listen to Eric's take on Headwater because it should be a cause for concern for any and all shareholders. Kherson

for a balanced view....Paul Sankey futures trader has some excellent videos on his web page going back to pre Russia invasison.....he is not a pumper.....calls this market tricky.......still a bull case up to Summer driving season in may at 120 a barrel....But certainly says we are on shaky gound near term....you check him out....this stuff is away to advanced for me
