Is this the same Bill Ackman who: Owned over 8% of Valeant at one point only to sell it later at a loss of approximately $3B.....? Shorted Herbalife on a massive scale while claiming it had an intrinsic value of zero.....? Not saying he's wrong this time, but he's swung and missed big time in the past.
