Shorts piled it on again because they knew this was coming.....it's a crooked game.  I warned people for a long time that I80 took on more than they could handle.  They should have developed the mill and 1 mine to get positive cash flow instead they've become a hyper exploration outfit with constant dilution and now JV deals because they're cash poor.  This "raise ...more

Yes, no attached warrants, but they're being sold at 1.80 each. IAU's 52W share price range is 1.73 - 3.68, so not good timing, but when you have this many projects going simultaneously, you're going to need lots of cash. Not a fan.

Goldstd69. I think you got it right. This placement may well be the lead up to the JV announcement and the buy in may be the pertner taking a position. Given what I80 has drilled thus far I would expect the partner is seeing results just as good. My view is to add on dips which may be short term given the progress and ability to raise funding. As much as it burns my buttocks and painful to the value of my portfolio, I used this opportunity to significantly increase my position. Money is the life-blood of this industry and, unlike those pretend Silicon Valley companies selling for 100 times the anticipated 2040 earnings, it is not given without pain to the miners. Funny how that is, eh? Miners, who actually produce ar product that ...more

I see great upside. When I don't know??? Pain the rear,, butttt off many mining ventures IAU looks good, OUCH, but I must take some pain to see they have done well! Short term intersting with a partner?
