Share issue

Being this close to a potential JV deal one has to wonder why the could not have waited until the deal was approved before issuing shares? Unless the partnership is not in the cards?

In February 2024, a private placement of 11,580,567.20 million shares was issued by the company at a price of C$1.80 per common share. This morning, another private placement of 51,882,000 units at a price of C$1.65 per share. Dilutions are always negative for a producer of less than 50,000 ounces per year. The colossal stupidity of management is on full display with this new issue.  The ink is barely dry on the previous issue.  My god, in this gold price environment they could have let their shares run for a bit and probably gotten nearly double what they are getting now.  This is a stab in the back to long term shareholders!

So it was being manipulated for this new offering.  I knew something had to be up.  Man these guys are slimy!  Neverending new issues......
