The news is managment gives rewards to insiders and hopes to fund the progect on their own. No JV just a guess? Great assays ,$$$$$$$$$ ,,,Mega dollars needed to fund the build. So far they a trying to do it but I doubt they have the wherewithall to make it happen, other than rewards and short selling.if they pull it off????? Q ! Late If I am wrong Q 1 is due ?
