Poor mgmt

I said this before and will say it again. This mgmt is prime example why generalists stay away from mining companies. The recent equity raise was a slap in the face of all existing shareholders.  There was no urgent need to raise money. It was raised at all time low prices and with a warrant. 


likely people who bought into raise are dumping shares and keeping warrants as a call option with no risk to them. Poor existing shareholders are being clobbered. 


massive dilution. The mgmt has no focus on asset. Spending on all assets without regard to wise capital allocation. 


I am a shareholder but very unhappy with recent decisions.

I got shares from Premier gold acquisition and recently purchased more before the placement just under $2.  point is not where I bought. Point is this was desperation and poor capital markets strategy. They had just raised $20 million a few months ago so had money. However as gold market got better and gold broke higher they decided to do a massive dilution of 100 million at 10% discount ...more
