I hate to burst your bubble dude but, the BODs of all Companies engage consultants to assist to determine the wages for Senior Management. Most even report the peer group Companies reviewed to set the salaries. BOD likely does not haircut under the guise of "attracting the very best talent on behalf of shareholders". Sounds good right? Evan is not underpaid by any stretch of the imagination. However, given his 6 millionish share ownership, he most assuredly will do what is best for him. That said, I hope that he makes bazillions. Just my $0.04.

Why thank you. As you know all the details then please post them here to save me the trouble. And for your information positions are voted upon at AGM's and institutional investors do hold sway in-between AGM's and can exert pressure on many internal issues. I'll wait for the salary breakdown you're about to post. Thank you again.

Just want to confirm what previous posters have mentioned, are they full of it or not.  I'll look it up. It is a significant topic though, especially in light of resource stocks taking a beaten, shareholders losing money and some managers not cutting their wages to support leaner operations to avoid future excess dilution.
