Comment about M and A increasing

Is duly noted with Osisko mining being bought out at a 55% premium. The shorts on that stock are going to get slaughtered.  Take overs can happen out of the blue at any time when least expected. I still think IAU is a great candidate for a take over especially at this ridulous low price. The cash they hold is a bright beacon along with their claims. Watch out for the moths.

I'm with you NineLives, M&A looks interesting for IAU given the K-Mart special share price for IAU. The ounces in the ground are worth more to a larger entity and given the continued exceptional assay results I have to guess I-80 must be on the hit list. That J.V. looks interesting but why would someone not go for the whole package given the weakness of I-80? There is even a suggestion ...more
