You're talking nonsense, Gold has risen over $1,000 an Oz and Silver almost doubled since the property was sold. The property is much more desirable now at those prices, check the other metals too.

Costs have gone up exponentially too.  Why is it you all only think of one side of the equation?  All that EVER matters for a mine is margins.  Grade, size, scale mean nothing if costs exceed income. As of now there is NO feasibility study for any of I80s projects. Unless and until there is you have no idea if any of it is economically viable.  If you don't know the ...more

I've been banned on CEO.  The only gold stock I own or would own is SKEENA. I have no interest in the gold space anymore so just hold a modest position in SKE which I've traded many times.  I'm mostly invested in Treasuries and cherry picked dividend stocks with the vast majority of my assets in Tbills and notes out to 5 year duration. Oh, I do own physical gold liberty coins. Average cost is under $1200. No plans to buy or sell just letting them sit in the dark. That's the only real interest I have now in precious metals.  Copper interests me but I have no stakes in them now either. We're going to have a recession and market dump/bear market so I'm steering clear of economically sensitive things. Content to ...more
