market equity program

 ("i-80", or the "Company") is pleased to announce that is has established an at-the-market equity program (the "ATM Program").
Silly question: How does this work and is there a price range.  Otherwise seems very 
volatile and not beneficial or predictable?

Company selling more stock and we get more dilution which has been the problem here all along. I do own some 1-80, but I also bought some Globex Mining and Imperial Metals, both of which are buying back stock until May, 2025!!
