That is a lot if "ifs". Nothing is cast in stone with mining. If it works as you suggest, great.

This is a hard deal to conclude.. IAU needs the JV Funding, NO if's, someone buys in Unless ? IAU is a takover with perhaps a fight with M&A on the upside? I prefer the J.V. even with more dilution given the lofty metal Au/Ag prices.
