Given the Company's working capital deficit, current operating losses and Management's expectation of future losses until it has fully executed its new development plan, the inability of the Company to arrange appropriate financing in a timely manner could result in the carrying value of the Company's assets being subject to material adjustment. These conditions indicate the existence of material uncertainties which cast significant doubt as to the Company's ability to continue as a going concern.
