Almost forgot...Class Action Lawsuits...they're coming

There's a whole industry that makes its living as financial ambulance chasers...they'll be all over this. It will only hamstring what's left of the company more and potentially cost them dearly.  I80 is UN-INVESTABLE....they will never get debt financing except at extremely onerous rates if at all. They will dilute you to a billion shares. They'll get de-listed. They'll go the  way of Nevada Copper and Pure Gold who both brought new management to unworkable situations. It's only a matter of when not if. Once a company suffers "going concerns" it's nearly impossible to get out of it. They'll go bankrupt and the vultures will swoop in like with Pure Gold and pick up the bones for next to nothing.

And no doubt that it will get booted from the GDX and GDXJ indexs....more selling coming
