basic argument for lease relief

you cannot do this :goverment ordered business shutdown while business was required to pay the rent. i expect government will pay 2 full month rent from mid march to mid may and partial rent thereafter. that will be several million $. Indigo applied and recerived $16 m wage subsidies of which 12 m as receivable not as earning. 16m is very close to my calculation 6m x3 months=18m , 75% subsidies. all this money will appear in next 2 Q  earning reports.

Excuse me for my ignorance and lack of knowledge about the Canadian stock market community. A general question: are there many full time smallcap/nanocap value investors in Canada or more Robin Hood like traders buying canabis- and teslashares? Are there many Buffett-like groups or would you say that Canada is underrepresented vs the US when it comes to a large value investint community? I see no ...more
