Us conterparts

I was having a look at some US lumber company.Yesterday, they were down but a lot less than 
the CDN ones.

As of 11:15 a.m Louisiana (LPX) is down only .7%,Boise (BCC) -.7% and Weyerhaeuser(WY)-1.3%

I don't understand the sellers but that what make a stock market.For every buyer there is a seller
who thinks differently of you.

Time will tell who was right.

They are not direct competitors for a number of reasons.  1. WY is a timber REIT with a value anchored in land. These are more stable. They just happen to have mills on top of the timberland.  2 LPX is a more fair take, but it's less on the commodity cycle.  They are pretty much focused on siding not OSB and their truce with Norbord has paid off (they avoid any competitor ...more
