Relax the stock price may have fell a lot much further if the dividend wasn't announced as people are continuing to hold to receive the payout. Be grateful for your extra 6% in gains while every lumber stock is doing poorly right now. There isn't a single lumber stock that has a dividend yield as high as IFP's and that was an insignificant amount of their total cash on their balance ...more
