"Lumber Prices In Retreat: Random Lengths reported that W. SPF prices declined 8.1% or $130 W/W to $1,470/mfbm (+294% Y/Y)

While SYP 2x4 fell 6.9% or $92 to $1,236/mfbm.

The RL Composite declined 3% to $1,446."

Prices are still high, they are only declining from their peaks. A floor is soon to be made.
