What happens to profits from EACOM assets prior to closing?

Do they stay on the balance sheet or do they get taken by the current owner?

Press release says... The purchase price is $490 million, including C$120 million of net working capital Since cash is part of working capital so I think anything in excess they keep.

Thanks.  Just closed out my position.  I still believe this is a great value here but will hope for a pullback to get back in.  Although lumber prices are great right now I wonder what rising US interest rates will do to housing.  GLTA and I hope to be back in soon.
