Unusual activity in the lumber contracts

Most of the time, the contracts on lumber futures that are the most active are the front ones(more recent in time).

So far today, the most active one is the July one followed buy the May and March.

They are all limit up once again.

We all know that things can change but for know, the EPS forcast on the Wall Street Journal for IFP
is

$4.47 for Q1
$3.38 for Q2

That almost $8 for only 2Q

Will it be more, less is anybody's guess but what i do know is this is a very cheaply valued
company based on any metrics you use.

Here is the link to the EPS forcast.you need to scoll down to see it.
As you will see, the forcast have increased substantually over the past 1 and 3 months
they will change again, but we already have 42% of Q1 done and the order files are now in early march so Q1 is almost in the bag

They have proved us that they don't over pay for assets. So for a long term investor like me,you can't ask for more. While it can change, to see the July contracts trading at $1022.50 make me even more bullish on ...more
