Anyone have a handle on expected avg cost per mbf?
Seems to me we cashflow over 1000 cdn mbf and with it 2 close to 1 billion a quarter in cashflow coming through the door. Knock a quarter off quarter for taxes and you are talking 1.5 billion coming though the door, in the first half of the year, if, lumber holds at these levels, which it should. I know long term, these prices won't hold, but my point is 1.5 billion sitting on the balance sheet is $25 dollars a share. I just hope it doesn't dissapear into a special dividend.
Would like to let it pile up, so they can buy back shares--not now---but when lumber prices drop down in a few quarters hence.
