Amazing purchases under the NCIB

Interfor repurchased 2,955,529 sahres in March at an AVG price of $38.75.

They even paid as high as $41.74 witch will be 1.3 time book at the end of Q1

In two months, they have bought 81% of the NCIB

There is only 1,139,219 shares available under the existing NCIB.

It will probably be completed by mid April.

It's amazing that they have reduced the share count by 14.4% since Q1 of 2021 and
17% since Q3 of 2020.

There will only be 54,762,476 share outstanding by the end of Q2 down from 67,274,476.

Amazing to say the least.Without having paid a single $, i will have 19% more ownership
of this company.

And what's more amazing, it's that, they did that without incurring any debt and increasing
the production capacity per share by 82%.

That is remarkable. I'm actually showing 3.16m shares, so even better. 5% of the float in a month. Those are some crazy numbers. I don't remember a company buying 5% in a month on the open market. If lumber can stabilize here around $900, this company is going to make so much money. $7 in Q1 and $4 in Q2 at these prices. That's 40% of the market cap in six months. Gotta love the ...more
