with the 10 dollars of so of cashflow that is going to pour in during the first half of the year.  I have always said a dutch auction for 20-30% of market cap is the way to go when these resource companies have windfall profits. I also have no problem with keeping the cash on the balance sheet to use later for share buy back when lumber does return to mid cycle prices.

No they won't I hope... the pressure thanks to the well recieved WFG SIB.  This is no longer an unknown for the sector now.   Any div needs to be base regular.  But a 3% one out there to start.  It will act as a floor.
