Fire Ian Fillinger
I said it a year ago, Ian Fillinger, CEO should be fired.
He's totally screwed the company.
They're laying off people, meanwhile he and his incompetent excutive team are giving themselves a 4% raise along with stocks options at the expense of shareholders and employees.
The short term targets for bonuses were set way too low. How does Ian Fillinger get a bonus when they lost $268 million and he overleveraged the company at the worst possible time???

Management really blew up the balance sheet. They took a company in a strong position and put its future in jeopardy. And why did they invest in Green First? That company made no money in the greatest lumber bull of all time. Corporate leadership has been questionable, to say the least.
